an evidentiary hearing. Defendant, Robert E. Pier, was convicted of burglary and placed on probation. Later he was charged with violating his probation,
and a hearing was held on the charge. At the hearing the defendant admitted his violation of the probation order and was sentenced
to the penitentiary for a period of from 2 to 15 years.
